Technology Manager

Oversee library automation system/technologies, software & related equipment; Serve as liaison to IT contractors and supply vendors.  Write specifications to solicit bids for technology services including: networking, wiring, new equipment, software. Troubleshoot hardware & software as needed. Conduct technology training for staff; assist library patrons on the floor. Teach on & off site

Administrative Assistant

Performs the secretarial and bookkeeping tasks of the Library Director’s Office serving as the Director’s assistant. Assists in the preparation and minute taking at the Library Board meetings. Acts as facility liason in the absence of the director. Must have diplomatic skills, and behave with confidentiality and discretion regarding library duties.
